Made to order
Every print in this shop is made to order. Depending on the size, format, and finish you choose, pieces are produced through a professional print lab, and framed pieces are completed by a framer. Each order is produced specifically for you.
Production time
Orders are produced within 5 to 10 business days before they ship. Framed and specialty pieces may fall at the longer end of that range because they pass through both a printer and a framer.
Shipping
Once produced, orders ship via Canada Post or courier with tracking.
- Within Canada: approximately 5 to 10 business days after production.
- International: delivery times vary by destination and customs and are generally longer.
Total time from order to delivery is typically 2 to 4 weeks within Canada. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Returns and refunds
Because every print is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or an incorrect size or format selected at checkout. Please review your selection carefully before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
We stand behind our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at shawn@shawnkent.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. This 14-day window begins on the date of delivery, which is after the production and shipping times stated above.
